What This Website Does
This Website lets you sign up to a subscription service offered by an independent third-party service provider in partnership with your mobile operator.
We are not the provider of that service. We do not operate, own, host, control or bill for it, and we are not a party to the agreement between you and the service provider. Your subscription is governed by that provider's own terms and conditions.
Our role is limited to presenting the offer and passing your mobile number to the provider you selected so that it can set up your subscription.
Subscriptions
The service is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring schedule ("Billing Cycle"), which for these services is daily unless stated otherwise.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless cancelled.
Charges are applied by your mobile operator and appear on your phone bill or are deducted from your prepaid balance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your mobile operator, using the cancellation instructions provided to you, or by contacting the service provider.
Where a free trial is offered, it is offered by the service provider. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription continues as a paid subscription and the applicable fees are charged.
All billing and unsubscription information is provided clearly before confirming your subscription in the SMS message.
Your Phone Number
Your mobile number is used for one purpose only: to sign you up to the service you selected. It is passed to that service provider solely to create your subscription. We do not save or store your phone number, and it is never sold or shared with anyone else.
All details of your subscription, including the price, the billing cycle and how to cancel, are provided to you in the SMS message you receive before you confirm.
Any information about your subscription, including its status, billing and cancellation, must be obtained from the service provider you subscribed to. Any questions you have about your subscription should also be directed to that service provider.
Prices and Fee Changes
Prices are set by the service provider and your mobile operator and may be changed by them. The price applicable to you is shown before you confirm and in the SMS message you receive.
Refunds and Billing Disputes
We do not take payment from you and cannot issue refunds. Any refund request or billing dispute must be raised with the service provider or your mobile operator.
Availability
Availability of a service depends on your mobile operator, your country and the service provider, and may change at any time without notice.
Information shown on this Website, such as pricing or availability, may occasionally be inaccurate or out of date. We reserve the right to correct errors and update content at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, or have permission from the person who pays the bill, to subscribe.
